I’m not kidding, this is what happened to me, and it’s the one simple thing that gave me the most significant results.

I had very loose breasts after breastfeeding my first child, and I was utterly devastated.

Even after breastfeeding for a very long time, these foods should be consumed daily, as I see them, they are the backbone of breasts firmness and skin elasticity.

Nuts and Seeds

By nuts and seeds, I mean walnuts, almonds, and even peanuts, and most importantly, when it comes to the seeds department, flax.

Well, all these foods are very rich in essential fats, the ones responsible for increasing our skin’s elasticity.

Plus, they are extremely rich in vitamin E, which is known to improve skin health and tone.

But in our situation, we are not interested in skin tone that much, although it’s a fantastic bonus if you ask me.

We are only interested in increasing elasticity, which these foods are known to do.

More importantly, because of their fat content, they are going to help fill up your breasts very rapidly.

Which is extremely important if you have deflated breasts after breastfeeding like I used to have.

How Many Nuts To Fill Your Breasts After Breastfeeding

Well, a minimum of one handful a day of nuts, either walnuts, peanuts, or almonds, of course, other nuts are also convenient, but these three are the ones I have tried over and over and are the ones that have helped me fill up my breasts rapidly and making them perky and full of volume again.

And of course, these have been tried and tested by hundreds of women.

And half a cup of dark green leafy vegetables, either kale or baby spinach.

Of course, you can add whatever ingredients you want, but these should be more than enough.

When I think about it, blackberries or blueberries should also be included if you want radiant looking skin.

So, blend everything on high for a minimum of two minutes and then enjoy.

This should be your every morning breakfast, trust me, after just two weeks, you are going to notice amazing improvements in your breast firmness and perk.

Post Breastfeeding Herbs!

I have talked some few paragraphs ago that our breasts are losing their perkiness and volume after breastfeeding because they are losing size and volume.

Well, this is the main reason I’m always asking my female readers, especially those who have deflated breasts after breastfeeding to start using the following herbs.

They are powerful when it comes to increasing breast size, and should also work at improving your breasts perkiness after breastfeeding.

Especially if you have breastfed for a very long time.

So, the first herb I want to talk about is:

Fenugreek

I have long used fenugreek, and I think it’s one of the best herbs you can use when it comes to breasts’ health.

It’s full of phytoestrogens, plant hormones that mimic real estrogen found in our female body minus the side effects.

More importantly, fenugreek contains aromatic compounds which are known to be powerful antioxidants.

This means that they are giving your skin added protection and added elasticity as well.

Use Fenugreek This Way To Increase Breast Firmness And Perkiness After Breastfeeding

Take a minimum of two teaspoons a day of ground fenugreek seeds.

And here, I’m not talking about fenugreek leaves or fenugreek tea.

I’m talking about ground fenugreek seeds, they are available all year long and are also extremely inexpensive.

This is a must, and any woman who is suffering from loose breasts after breastfeeding should take fenugreek seeds.

A minimum of two teaspoons, otherwise, no matter what she does, whether it’s dieting or even exercising, she’s just wasting her time.

Of course, we don’t want this, we want our breasts to look and feel full and perky, and the best way to do so is to start taking fenugreek seeds.

In some few paragraphs, I’ll show you the same ritual I used to follow for five weeks after breastfeeding my fourth kid.

Which restored my breasts’ firmness and perk to its former glory, which made hubby very happy!

Fennel Seeds

Of course, there are so many other herbs you can use.

Still, fenugreek and fennel seeds are the best from my experience because they have absolutely no side effects.

Well, when it comes to fenugreek, it’s going to make your sweat smell a little pungent.

Still, a good deodorant should do the trick and more importantly, these are incredibly healthy since they contain high amounts of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

How Much Fennel Should You Take

Well, a minimum of half a teaspoon of ground fennel seeds every single morning.

And it’s a fantastic idea to just add it to your morning smoothie, it’s potent, and it’s going to make it tastes sweet and very aromatic.

Post Breastfeeding Oils and Creams

After trying many oils and different creams to increase my breast firmness after breastfeeding, I simply came to the realization that nothing works unless it has phytoestrogens!

Of course, you can find fenugreek essential oils.

Still, they’re costly in my opinion and even worse, they can cause red spots on your skin since they tend to be quite intense and concentrated!

We don’t want this!

So, the best way for you to use a potent phytoestrogens rich oil is to simply make your own.

and here is my recipe, the one I have used to increase my breasts’ firmness and tighten them after breastfeeding four kids:

In a glass jar, add two tablespoons of ground fenugreek seeds to which you are going to add ten tablespoons of olive oil.

Make sure you mix everything very well and then put aside for a minimum of three days.

This is very important to let the fenugreek ground seeds release their phytoestrogens and active ingredients into the olive oil.

After three days, simply strain and discard the ground seeds.

Every morning, after breakfast, simply take one tablespoon of this potent fenugreek oil and massage your breasts with it for at least five minutes.

Make sure you do so very gently.

This should be more than enough to increase perkiness and firmness in a matter of days, in my case, I started noticing amazing results in less than two weeks.

How To Tighten Your Breast Muscles After Breastfeeding

Of course, breast firming exercises are critical, and I have used them as well.

However, most women are dead wrong when it comes to what exercises work at increasing breast firmness and perkiness after breastfeeding.

You see, most women think that doing military-style exercises that target the chest area are the best.

Well, if you are looking to increase chest muscles’ strength and endurance, then, by all means, go for these types of exercises.

These are definitely the best exercises you can practice to increase breasts firmness, especially after breastfeeding.

It’s because you don’t need strong chest muscles, you just need to stimulate them to gain volume and to lift your breasts, trust me, just a little is more than enough to make your breasts look amazing and perky.
